Beethoven, Bed and Breakfast is a little apartment situated under the roof of a house inhabited by two families. The house, surrounded by a garden, was built in 1929. It is situated close to the center of Oberursel in a calm side street. Usually parking is possible directly in front of the house. You can reach the shops and restaurants of Oberursel within 5 minutes by foot. Public transport connecting you with the university, fair, central train station, airport and center of Frankfurt can be reached within 2 minutes. The woods of the Taunus mountains are close by. So Oberursel is ideal to start your exploration into the nature, culture and economy of the heart of Germany. See the maps in the section "Contact, Links & Imprint".

The apartment was modernised from scratch in 2005. It holds a bed room (double bed 160 cm x 200 cm / 5.2 ft x 6.5 ft), sleeping chamber (single bed 90 cm x 200 cm / 2.9 ft x 6.5), living room (sofa, dining table, colour tv) with kitchenett (refridgerator, dish washer, cooker and oven) and a bath room (shower). The size of the flat is about 40 square meters.

Access to the internet is possible through W-Lan.

You may use the garden in arrangement with the other inhabitants of the house.

Children are welcome.

A washing machine is situated in the basement. It may be used by guests who stay for more than five nights.

Beethoven, Bed and Breakfast is a Non-Smoking apartment. Guest are kindly asked not to smoke in the house.

All rates are including 7% VAT, heating, elctricity, water, final cleaning. There are no additional charges. Bedding and towels are made available.

Breakfast

If breakfast is desired, it will be made available as self service: Everything for a good and healthy breakfast (bread, toast, eggs, sausage, cheese, apples, bananas, cereals, juice) will be in the kitchen. Guest wll have to fix coffee and/or tea. Prices depend on cost of purchased items plus a charge of 7,50 EUR (incl. 19 % VAT).

Rates may differ during fairs held in Frankfurt, please add 20 percent to base rates.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT / TRAVEL CONNECTIONS

"Oberursel Altstadt" is the stop for tram/subway line U3 connecting Frankfurt Südbahnhof/Hauptwache with Oberursel-Hohemark. The stop is two minutes away from the apartment. By U3 you can reach Frankfurt city center (Hauptwache) within 30 minutes.

Change to S5 (connecting Frankfurt Südbahnhof / central trainstation Hauptbahnhof and Bad Homburg/Friedrichsdorf) at Oberursel Bahnhof (Oberursel train station) and you reach Frankfurt fair within 20 minutes and Frankfurt's main train station Hauptbahnhof within 25 minutes.

Autobahn A661 can be reached within three minutes, via the junction Bad Homburger Kreuz you can each the center of Frankfurt within 20 - 30 minutes.
